The jewelry line was launched in 2016 by Texan Michelle Shaw. Their goal was to help you Define Your Style & Be Your Best Self from work to dropping the kids at school or even enjoying a date night. The company is based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Michelle writes "I’ve always had a creative side and have been in love with fashion for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I loved designing doll clothes, picking out fabrics, and sewing them with my great-grandmother. And, more than anything, I loved spending countless hours going through her vast collection of beautiful costume jewelry and playing dress-up – It was the best!
I designed competitive baton twirling costumes throughout high school and college, and later, the bridesmaids’ dresses for my wedding. After not being able to source the materials for my vision locally, I flew to New York City to shop the garment district for the perfect mix of fabrics. After that, I was hooked and knew that I just had to be in this business!
Fashion jewelry won over clothing, partly because of the love I had for my great grandmother’s costume jewelry collection as a child, and partly because of my husband’s own background in the jewelry business.
The thing that sets jewelry apart for me is that Fashion Jewelry can easily freshen up a tired wardrobe, and you never have to ask yourself, ‘Does this make my bottom look big?’ or ‘Am I tall enough to pull off this look?’ It’s carefree, fun and instantly pulls your entire look together regardless of your body size or height - you don’t have to be a Size 0 to look great!’”
