PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING
When you arrive, please check in at the desk in our NEW intake center located near the palm trees by Maks Sports Bar. We have a dedicated loading zone and multiple reserved parking spaces where you can back your vehicle in. We will have you fill out a consignment agreement if needed. Once we are done with any paperwork, we will bring a cart to your car to help you unload your consignments. We will tag your consignments with your account number and take your items into our processing center.
This is a drop off appointment only. Please arrive at your scheduled time to keep our processing times most efficient. This appointment begins at the start of the scheduled time and it is not a window of time.
When you consign with StillGoode your items will be priced by a team of professional appraisers with years of experience and a large database of historical sales data. If you have any pricing expectations, please let us know in advance via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We do not price on the spot.
If you would like to wait while we review your items, you are welcome to shop in our showroom or wait in your car. If you do not want to wait, we are happy to email you regarding any returns.
You may bring in up to 20 tabletop/home décor items per appointment in boxes or shopping bags that you do not need back. Example - set of matching iced tea glasses is one item
These appointments are for one person per household. If you are consigning for multiple different accounts, please make separate appointments.
To be fair to all consignors, you can schedule an appointment for this category every 2 weeks.

No pre-approval or appointment is necessary for designer bags, jewelry, perfume, and sunglasses. Stop by anytime during store hours to consign these items.

CONSIGNING CHRISTMAS TREES
Please email photos to email@example.com. If the Christmas tree is pre-lit, it must have working lights. Once approved, we will have you call to schedule an appointment. Appointment availability for this category can be booked much sooner (depending on availability) than home decor appointments.
CONSIGNING SEASONAL CHINA SETS
To consign china sets, please email the manufacture, pattern name (this can be found on the back of the plate) and number of place settings to firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept china sets with a minimum of 6 place settings. Once approved, we will give you instructions for scheduling an appointment.
CONSIGNING DEPARTMENT 56 HOUSES
We accept Department 56 houses & accessories provided they are in the original box with a picture of the item on the front of the box. Any accessories or cords need to be included in the box. If you have more than 20 Department 56 houses, please give us a call at

Plan ahead! Christmas appointments book very fast. Our busiest consignment seasons for tabletop & home décor are April - July, and September - December. During these seasons, scheduling can sometimes be booked several weeks out. Please note seasonal consignment term ends on the holiday.

StillGoode receives 200-400 requests to consign each day, please allow time for us to review.
There is no appointment necessary to consign designer bags, jewelry, sunglasses & perfume. Stop by anytime during store hours to consign.
Items must be in excellent & clean condition. Designer bags, jewelry, sunglasses & perfume must be authentic. Jewelry must be brought in tangle free. We do not accept clip on earrings or brooches. We accept designer perfume brands such as Chanel, Versace, Coach, Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren, etc. Perfume must be at least half full. If you have pricing expectations, please let us know when consigning. We do not price on the spot. Consignors are subject to an authentication fee if an item is not authentic or if the item is picked up early.
